Claim VAT back on PhotoPaint upgrade?

Post by howardf »

Hi :) I'm a wedding photographer (most of the time - also do other client work) and have been using an old version of PhotoPaint since I started (2009/10 ish). I'm wanting to upgrade to PhotoPaint 2018 but was wondering if I could claim VAT on it to make it a little cheaper? I've only recently started doing it with business purchases. I've been using this tax calculator to figure it all out and it's definitely saving me money. Can I claim VAT on software purchases like PhotoPaint?

Thanks! :)

I'm sorry but you are in the wrong forum. CorelDRAW and Corel Paint are covered in https://community.coreldraw.com/ You will need to register and post your question there.
