Have fun!

Glad it works for you. As a hint, if you want the grid lines to extend beyond the edges of your image then you could first increase the canvas size (preferably with transparency) with your image centered and then run the script. Then when you move the grid the lines could still cover all of your centered image because they would have been drawn to the size of the increased canvas. However, when finished you would still have to remove the extraneous canvas from around your image. You could easily do that by first deleting the grid layer and then using the magic wand to select "all opaque", click on the image and crop to selection. But whatever works best for your workflow.Linda Lou wrote: Thanks for the link. I'm going to download it. Seems to me I add these to "Trusted Scripts"? It will be will be handy, but I just have to find time to fiddle with it.THIS time I also will save these with all the brushes, tubes, etc. that I save on an my external drive so I don't lose them again if I have to reinstall PSP.

Just a quick edit to add that I'm using the script. It's PERFECT - exactly what I needed!![]()
I really appreciate it.
Really, nothing has changed from PSP8, even menu placement. The grid properties then and now are in the View menu. Grid properties are still by pixels, inches or centimeters. Even the dialogue window is the same. I concur with the even number advice, with the caveat that you need to pick a number that is not divisible by four.JoeB wrote:. . . if you want a grid to intersect exactly in the middle of the canvas and you are using the Grid by Cells script you have to set the number of cells to an even number. If you want the lines drawn by the vector script (or any other method where you set the number of lines you want) to intersect at the middle you have to set the number of lines to an odd number.
