Black bar on top and bottom of slideshow

Hello, I'm running VS9 and and trying to create a slideshow. When I attempt to do so, and save my file, or burn it to a dvd, it shows up with a black bar at the top and bottom of the screen, and the image looks stretched. I believe I have the settings correct, I have resampling quality on best, am using the 'keep aspect ratio' option and working with a 4:3 project. Any ideas? The images are 2304x1728. Thanks for any help.

I think I found the problem, I was preview the image in WMP. If I use dvd software to view it, it previews fine.
