does x6 have the capability to print from a crop selection instead of having to go through the whole process of cropping and resizing.
to make my self clearer. let's say i have a full figure photo but i want a print of just the head. is it possible for me to select the desired area and determine the size of the print on the fly, instead of, cropping, resizing to fit, and then printing
thx , all

Yes, and no. Not even talking about scripts this time around.
With the crop tool selected on the tool options palette you'll see a checkbox called "Specify print size" this lets you enter a print size, and it'll change the print resolution so that you can print at the size you want. This does not resize the image, it simply prints fewer pixels at a larger size over a larger area.
You'll still have to complete the crop. So you're really only saving one step.
