My straight line brush is missing so I went to Choose File > Import > Custom Brush.
The Import Custom Brush dialog box appears BUT there are no brushes there for me to choose. Can someone kindly advise?

You need to hit the "Open" button to find a brush file to import. Then brushes will appear. You can import either PSP brushes or photoshop brushes in the latest version of PSP 2018.

This is for importing brushes that you have either created or downloaded. When you click open you will need to navigate to where you have the brushes. This does not contain a library of brushes for you to choose from.
