Moire pattern in videos

I'm trying to make a painting tutorial video and painting onto a small canvas. But a moire pattern is showing up on the video. I know it's because the pattern and texture of the canvas is causing it, but does anyone know how to get rid of the moire pattern in the video, if there actually is a way?

Hmmm....After looking at the video locally on my computer, there is NO moire pattern. Then I uploaded it to youtube and again, NO moire pattern. Apparently, it only shows up in videostudio. I wonder why this is... It's a good thing in one way, but it makes it a little more difficult to edit.

I don’t know much about moire patterns.

What are the dimensions of the video / image frame.
What are the properties of your project, are they the same?

Via Preferences (F6) Edit tab - there is a Resampling option, I always set that to Best, don’t know if that will make a difference.?
There is also “apply anti-flickering filter on photos”, if you are using images try deselecting that.
