Using Paint Shop Pro X9
I am not sure what to search for regarding this problem. I have spent a couple of hours and cannot find anything to help. The color picker wheel has suddenly gone missing from Hue/Saturation/Lightness. I am sure the fix is an easy one, but I cannot for the life of me find it.

You can try resetting the tool.
If that doesn't work you can try resetting the workspace. Here are the instructions. Note they reference PSP X6 but work for all versions.

That is the colorize dialog not the Hue/Saturation/lightness dialog.
