Videostudio Disapears

I have Videostudio X9 file ver 19.5.0.35 - was working find until a Microsoft win 10 upgrade now the startup screen come up the little squares go back and forth then goes away. Support has had this for three weeks and I still have no program. Please help.

I have CVSX9 installed and running the latest version of Windows 10 1803
I do not have any problems in running the program.

What steps have you tried in fixing this problem?

Can you try resetting the program by renaming the folder 19.0 here
C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro (x64)\19.0

Contacted support. Reinstalled 2 times by CD and 2 times on line. It was working just fine, after upgrade by MS I had not enough space on my hard drive I deleated some programs. Then it stopped working.
