ParticleShop Ultimate Brush Pack Bundle
I had to get a new laptop, and installed PaintShop Pro 2018 and ParticleShop to the new machine. The ParticleShop Ultimate Brush Pack Bundle did not show up in the Purchases in PSP, so I contacted support and they sent me a setup file for them. I ran the setup, and they're still missing. I only have Exclusive Pack, Starter Pack, and Core Pack. I have no idea where the other brushes are... If you know what to do, let me know. Thank you.

So you have it successfully installed before, yes?

Re: ParticleShop Ultimate Brush Pack Bundle
Do you see the brushes in the Ultimate pack listed under the "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Corel\ParticleShop 1\Default\Brushes\Particle Brushes" folder?
If you do, then when in Particle Shop, check the tab setting and make sure that "All" is selected (not "Purchased").
I purchased some brush packs the other day, and got a message that if they weren't installed from within Particle Shop (which they weren't), they would not appear as "Purchased". The same thing may be happening to you.
