Does anyone know how to get slides (pictures) to change with the music beat? I've tried to do this manually but I am not very consistent and find it very difficult. I wonder if there is a way or some software that will help.

Determine the beat or rhythm then set your project preference for image duration to that number (as measured in seconds and frames per second). Then it is only a matter of sliding/trimming one resource near the beginning to get the video and audio tracks in sync.
