I had some problems installing Video Studio Ultimate (I described it in the wishlist thread - basically, the installer downloaded an incomplete package but proceeded with the installation anyway, so I was missing several premium plugins; I had to delete all the installation files and run the installation procedure again to e.g. see the Boris effects in VS).
Now it seems to be fine, but because of that installation hiccup, I'm now wondering if I have all the plugins I should have.
According to the list: https://www.videostudiopro.com/en/produ ... e/#compare
VS Ultimate has both NewBlueFX Titler EX *and* NewBlue Titler Pro 5
I do have NewBlue Titler Pro 5, but I can't see NewBlueFX Titler EX anywhere. In this video, of an older version of VS, it shows up in the effect list: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JSzjMqQjwwQ&t=0m42s
But I don't have it listed among the effects.
Or does NewBlueFX Titler Pro 5 supersede NewBlueFX Titler EX, and e.g. has all its functions? Should I see NewBlueFX Titler EX in Video Studio 2018 Ultimate, or should I just see NewBlue Titler Pro 5?
On a related note, the table lists "proDAD Adorage Starter Pack" *and* "proDAD Adorage Volume 9"; I do have "Adorage" in the proDAD plugins among the effects and in the transitions, but is it all I should see? Is there a way to ensure that all the plugins are installed properly?
How to ensure that NewBlue Titler plugins are installed OK?

Re: How to ensure that NewBlue Titler plugins are installed
Hi
I am sure Corel could have made the transition from NBT EX a little easier
I believe the EX became FX, then updated to the Pro followed by Pro5.
X10 however has New Blue Titler Pro and Pro5, do not think it needs both and maybe an oversight on Corel’s part.
CVSX2018 has only the Pro5 version within the FX library, but has a new title editor
3D Title Editor, that is available from the icon below the preview screen.
In addition to those we have BCC Title Studio. from the FX library, could be useful
This is a list of the FX I see, provided by the program with no purchased filters.

Oh, great, thank you! Looks like my installation of VS has the same components in the effect list. (Now to find out how to sort it alphabetically like yours.

Hi
I think resetting the program by renaming the 21.0 folder will alter the list.
Renaming allows us to revert to original folder if required.
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro (x64)
And if you have any FX filters missing it sometimes fixes that?
some more info.
