So ive tried searching this problem through the boards, but havent found anything on it.
Ive just recently installed Paintshop Pro 2018. After a couple issues installing it all seemed to be fine. I even went in and downloaded the most recent update for PSP 2018 just to ensure everything would be fine before i delved in and started creating and editing.
This is where my problems begin. I open up the program, click over to edit, go to file, click on it and all the text that should be black showing its usable is just not there. completely invisible, until I hover over where is should be, then it shows up. its the same for all menu items that can be used. All the menu text that cant be interacted with are showing their faded black/grey coloring.
Does anyone know how i can fix this issue? Its really frustrating and aggrevating especially when Im totally unfamiliar with it. That last Paintshop Pro I used was JASC PSP 8. Needsless to say I need all the help I can get.

Welcome to the Board!
Although it might sound counter-intuitive for a recently installed program, I would start by resetting PSP. It's easy. Just hold down the Shift button on your keyboard as you open PSP. You should get a message asking if you want to reset it. Say OK.
If by any chance you have managed to customize the workspace, save that first as a reset will override any customizations.
