exporting from linux

Hi,

I'm on Centos7, testing out AfterShot Pro3.

When I'm exporting an 5D IV RAW file to jpg, it adds some weird purple bandings in the shadows. I attached an image where you can see that in the viewport of AfterShotPro it looks ok, but when exported as jpg (left part of the image), it looks ugly .. really ugly

Is that a known issue? Am I missing something? .. color profile?

I dont have similar issues with other graphic related software on this workstation.
