How can I insert a new clip in the timeline in a created project, without selecting all of them.
I made a project but I want to modify something inserting a new clip, between two clips.

You will certainly need to use Ripple Editing if you want all the overlay tracks, title tracks and audio tracks to move over to accommodate the new video. You should look up Ripple Editing in the VS Help or user guide. But it is enabled/disabled using the tiny padlock icon the the extreme left of every track.
