I see that the 5D MK IV is on the supported list of cameras but my raw files won't open. I am not using DNG, just trying to open the CR2 file. Had no issue with my 7D MK II.
I've tried opening a file from the file menu and drag and drop, no go. I am on update 4.
Any ideas?

go to "https://learn.corel.com/aftershot-pro-downloads/" (or select the get more button) and download and install the AfterShot Pro Camera Profile for the EOS 5D Mark IV
