Error Attempting to Write Disk Image (VS Ultimate X9)
I'm trying to create a disk image of a slide show project, contains many jpgs, a few mp3s, a few AVCHD video files. When attempting to create a disk image, I get a "No burner exists" error (516:0:0). I have tried to create this disk using VSP files and and MP4s created from the VSP projects. Any suggestions?

This issue was reported back in 2014 and no resolution was found then, see the following post.

maybe someone will have some fresh ideas on how to resolve your problem

Re: Error Attempting to Write Disk Image (VS Ultimate X9)
Is there any specific reason you are wanting to burn a disk image rather than an ISO file?

Re: Error Attempting to Write Disk Image (VS Ultimate X9)
I've lost count of the disk images I've burned using X9. So, not wishing to be pedantic, but maybe that's what he is doing. In the share panel for burning a disk, at stage 3 the tick box is for "create disk image" and the result is a .iso file.
If not, could jaybird clarify just what (step sequence) he is doing to arrive the result reported?

Sorry. I was confusing myself thinking jaybird was wanting to produce a disk folder...
(That's what I usually produce instead of an iso.)

Re: Error Attempting to Write Disk Image (VS Ultimate X9)
Yes, I want to create a .ISO file so I can burn multiple disks at a later time, and yes - the checkbox reads "create disk image". I haven't had this problem in the past with X9 (after upgrading from X5 with those issues). I did get this to work after attempting write a short clip selecting both the "create folders" and "create disk image", both were created. I have since successfully create the disk image (.ISO file) of my larger project by selecting only the create disk option. Weird
