PSD files in PSP 2018

Hi. I can't open PSD files in layers within PSP 2018, yet I don't have this problem with X9. Is there something that I am missing? Please help :)

What do you get when you try to open it in PSP?
Do you get an error message?
Do you manage to open but are missing layers?
