Any tips tutorial on making lightning effects in PSP 2018?
I used KPT plugins on past PSP editions (up to X7)but cant get them to work with the 64 bit PSP 2018.

KPT is a 32-bit plug-in. If you installed both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of PSP2018 (recommended) you can use the 32-bit version to apply the lightning bolts.

You may also try the Lightning tube (Picture Tube Tool) :

And if you have Alien Skin Eye Candy v.7 it has a 64bit version and also has a lightning effect.

thanks to all. Just a slight annoyance for me switching from 32 bit to 64 bit to use kpt. Didn't realise there was a lightning tube which is useful, and will explore Eye Candy and also keep looking for other plugins.
