Hi
And welcome to the forums
You do not give much info as to your workflow?
Shaky shimmery lines may be an interlacing effect, slide shows would be best using Frame Based aka Progressive.
I assume that on the final FF panel “Save and Share “ that you chose Edit in Video Studio.
This will load the project onto the timelines.
I also assume that you used Video Studio to burn a standard DVD.
With your project open on the edit timelines, convert / render the project to Mpeg2
Share - Mpeg2 choose MPEG-2 (720 x 576, 4:3, 25p, 8Mbps) template, that uses 25P, progressive for slide shows.
The resultant Mpeg2 video file is DVD compliant and can be burnt to dvd without further rendering.
Play the video to check quality
To burn a DVD
Start a new project to clear the timelines.
Share – disc – DVD, opens the burner module
Add your Mpeg2 video here.
On the last window choose to create a disc image, ISO
Play the iso using VLC Media Player to check quality, if ok
Use Video Studio – Tools – Burn from Disc Image to burn the ISO to Disc.

Re: Corel Video Studio X9 Fastflick
Thank you so much for your help suggestions.
I made the slideshow in Fastflick then added it from there to to COrel X9 Video studio ultimate to add a menu & titles then burnt it from there.
I will try what you have suggested.
Thank you
Gwen
