I keep getting a error and a shut down when erasing at or over 200% magnified on my tiff files on my PSP 2018. I have been working with a Corel CSS for weeks now to help fix this problem. After being asked to try not to erase magnified, resetting the workspace, resetting the database, updating my display adapter, a complete deletion with a clean up tool and reinstalling the program I am now being asked to create a whole new user account and try my program there?? And to try to update my Windows OS?? Windows 10 does it's own updates.
I thought maybe I would have better luck with asking other users. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, have you resolved the issue and how? Or does anyone have an idea on what the problem could be? I have over 400 pictures to edit here and it really is making my job difficult and taking a lot of my time.
I also get this same error and shut down once in a while when removing noise.

How many RAM uses PSP 2018 when you work since one hour or two (without exiting the program) ? You see the value with Task Manager. If many, you should close PSP after an hour of work and launch it again (this resets the memory used to a normal value).
Is your scratchdisk enabled ? For me 250 GB SSD is not enough.
You are working on 16bit. Is it necessary ? Working on 16bit drains many ressources.

Hi Jean,
Thank you for your time. I have checked everything you have suggested and I can see that I just don't have enough space on my laptop. I thought it would be enough with everything being on an external drive and just my program running on the laptop, but it can't take the large files. I will just need to do these on my main computer. Thanks Again
