I used to be able to clone, but now the "crosshairs" will not appear. I select "clone", select any of the tools and get a circle or whatever else the settings are at- NO crosshair. If I put this on the base picture and then click, I just get a 'neutral' coloured circle and if I move this, I just get a streak. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but the problem is still there.HELP !

I was using the 'paint' tool and not the 'clone'
