I assume by that comment that your project is corrupt and unusable.

If yes -- Can you zip the VSP and attach to your post

Before reinstalling you could try resetting the program, this involves renaming the 21.0 folder to "21.0-old"

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro (x64)\21.0

a new 21.0 folder will be created when starting VS, if nothing changes you can always revert to using the old folder

I think the problem to be with the VSP file and not the actual program, however re-installing would not do any harm.
If you need the library, export that before uninstalling.

Hi Trevor,

Fiddling around this morning I'm now convinced the issue is with the VSP file, rather than the program. The zipped folder of the project is too large to attach so here a link to Google Drive.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LO9lbM ... sp=sharing

I won't do anything to the program pro tem.

Thanks again for your help.

Regards,

Andy

Hi

There is an object, at 10.03.28.034, the very end of the timeline, shows as a thin line
Also shows the trim on preview screen

To select first Fit project to timeline
Navigate to end
Shift + A will select all clips, the rogue clip shows on my screen as a blue line
Deselect clips
Float mouse over end of overlaytrack till you get the cross hair curser, click to select, press delete
A bit tricky to do.

Attached is a clean VSP

Well, I'm glad that my wild speculation had some validity. Never would have thought, though, that any project of any kind, ever, would even get anywhere near the 10 hour mark. But also a bit surprised that Corel had, many years ago, imposed such a limit.

I can understand why most of us would never have thought a 10 hour project would ever be necessary, but we have had at least one reason posted here. Hopefully, not many other users will want to try to challenge that limit!!

Trevor,

I know that I wrote to thank you yesterday saying that you really are a star but, looking at the thread I can't see my e-mail anywhere so I'm guessing I might not have pressed the 'submit' button.

Your help was invaluable and a little 'above and beyond' and I am immensely grateful.

I would never have seen that extremely thin blue line without your guidance; maybe I should have gone to Specsavers?

Thanks again and I hope I don't have trouble you again (well, in the short term anyway)

Regards

Andy

Hi

I am just totally mystified how one frame of a Jpeg image was inserted to the timeline at 10 hours
I only saw the line when I pressed Fit Project to Timeline, very strange.
