We have seeing posts before about the mixed bag of Hardware Accelleration. I suppose if it worked reliably, it would not be an option, would it?
We need to always check on this. Perhaps a sticky post about Hardware Accelleration may be useful?

When acceleration is enabled, the GPU is used up to 80%. When turned off in only 5%.
Acceleration enabled accelerates product creation by approximately 30%.
That's why I would like to use it.
It is strange that it works with "small" projects and with "large" there is an error and Windows closes VS2018
