I have pretty much the exact same issue. None of my Bonus features were showing in my FX when I purchased VS 2018 Ultimate. I opened a ticket and they told to to reset it or uninstall and install with key provided. It said it installed everything but is obviously not true and its not present in my VS once opened.
How do I get my bonus content like Boris into my VS 2018 ultimate???
