VS2018 problem in Windows 10

I reinstalled the system, now Windows 10 and VS2018. I wanted to check how it works (how fast) and the problem was made.
It does not correctly read the projectors saved in Windows 7 in the Share section Menu & Preview
Does not open the menu, you can not do anything and finally close the program. (look photo)
In windows 7 everything worked OK.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem
