Folders and Files appear in Navigation Pane but when a file is selected and clicked nothing appears in the program. If I select the file
in Explorer image will appear. Any thoughts?

Ok the Navigation pane can be seen in Manage mode and in Edit mode through the organiser.
If in Edit mode then you need to double click the image for it to appear in the edit workspace.
In Manage mode and using preview then one click should make that appear in the larger preview window and by switching to Edit mode then the image appears there ready for further processing. Are you not getting this?
