Picture goes dark...
Picture goes dark...
Hi all, not too sure how to describe this, but here goes. Program opens, I load a folder of pics (they all look OK'ish, at least i can see them), I then click on a picture to put it in workspace then the thumbnail on left and picture when it goes onto workspace suddenly go very dark, almost so dark I can't see them. I have tried to reset everything and even deleted prog and reloaded it but it still does it. I am pretty sure it didn't do this when I first installed the program, anyone got any ideas?

I am not sure but I think ASP freezes (and crashes) - on linux I kill the process and start again ...
Sadly ASP is not really stable ...

Re: Picture goes dark...
I have a similar problem and I've had that problem for well over a year. I reported it to Corel and had a service ticket at one time. There is still no resolution so I've moved to another program. I believe the problem is worse with Canon protected highlights on and in my case it was a Canon 80D. My pictures were almost black with a green tint to the highlights.
