I am having a problem saving pspimage files. This does not happen all the time, so it appears to be intermittent.
After creating a pspimage file, saving it, then closing it, and reopening it, the 64 bit PSP says the file is invalid.
When this is done with the 32 bit PSP, it crashes the program.
You can go here to have a look: http://www.digitalkrypto.com/misc235333 ... media.html
I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing temp files, reset database, and reset preferences.
Corel support closed the ticket while I was waiting for an answer. I was told me to create another one. Pretty sad performance.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I received the following from support:
Regarding your concern, I suggest that you Use the cleanup tool for the program for you to have the fresh installation of the program.

Download the link and extract after extracting, run to remove the program PaintShop Pro X9.
After the removal, reinstall the program using the link below.
