Put Corel VideoStudio 2018, Split screen Video works Incorrectly, as if the alpha channel does not work at all .... At ALL so or not ?

I think you may need to give us a bit more information about what you are doing - there are many different ways of doing a split screen and not all rely on transparency - like many others here I have done hundreds of split screen projects without problems - have you looked at 'crop' or maybe 'chroma masking' for instance - maybe you could explain what you are doing and add a screen shot we can get to the bottom of your problem.

I use Split Screen Video as standard and that's what happens .....
