How to remove text looking like watermark

Post by outstanding »

Hello. I'm not speak English well. I just want to remove the string with text from images. It looks like water mark but corel paint shop pro doesn't see it like watermark. Any instrumets like magic fill or cloning or deleting objects distort after application. So could i use any instrumets to do that clearly and do not spend much time? On image you can see the text "auto insurance auction"... How to remove it quckly?

There is a copyright notice at the end of the text, so they obviously don't want other people using the image.

You cannot remove it quickly. That is the reason for watermarks on images . They are copyrighted to IAAI.com -

I think that both hartpaul and JoeB are trying to tell you that what you are wanting to do is illegal -- trying to change a copyrighted image -- and they are not willing to help you.

I think if i use it for my own aims, not for commercial or other aims, i can do that. Isn't it?

Not that simple. No.

Every country has its own copyright laws but in general most agree that use of any copyrighted image without permission or explicit license to use it is illegal. Even if you aren't doing so commercially. Because you have no right to copy, edit, or distribute the image in any form. Technically uploading it here is bad. A link yo the original would have been better.

For your best bet you want to use images shared to a stock photo site. Several are free others require money. And pay close attention to the kind of license they are released under. Some require attribution, others cannot be used commercially but can be used for personal projects, others can only be used with heavy editing. And still others are offered as a free for all use as you like as long as you don't claim it is yours.

My favorite is MorgueFile.
