Using Videostudio Ultimate X10 on Windows 7.
Can't see any way of turning off the Welcome Screen so that it opens directly to editing on desired project.
Turn off Welcome Screen?

In settings/preferences/general set the default startup page to edit by using the down arrow, then select edit. choose OK. and close/restart VS to test

The program should also "remember" the last edited folder you selected from the previous editing session.
