Drag and Drop Library Folder?

Drag and Drop Library Folder?
Hi, while in the Library view, I am trying to drag and drop a folder (& all it's files) from one location to another. It appears to work, but it is really only moving the Folder name in the Library, but not it's contents. Is there a trick to this?
