ScreenCap X9 doesn't work anymore, 'prepare recording failed' error and shows audio off.
Few days ago I updated sound card that's only thing what is new.

After installing the new audio card, make sure the system sound is set for stereo and not Surround sound.
As far as I know Screen Capture does not work when System Audio uses Surround Sound.
You should contact Corel Support regarding this issue
