Save as in Animation Shop problems

After problems with my computer I have made a new installation of Animation Shop. When in Animation Shop i choose Save As the Optimization Wizard opens.
I don' t need OW efery time.
I want to choose when the Optimization Wizard will open.
Aby idea what the problem can be - Is there any setting I can change this?

Is Jasc Animation Shop up to date?
The version I use (not very often!) is 3.11.
I don't have any problems with Save As.

Is the program running in Compatibility mode?
Start>Jasc Software>Animation Shop Right-Click on the Program>Properties>Compatibility
Mine looks like this, I haven't altered anything and it seems to work fine.

My AS is also 3.11.
The properties looks as in your image.
I have used AS many years without any problems but when i hade to install again after a computer crash i got the problem.
I think i will reinstall and install again. I hope this will solve the problem.

I reinstalled and the same happens.
Then i found that if i say yes to the settings - always use the proposed settings when Optimization Wizard opens i don' t get OW next time i want to save.
This is how i want it to be, i want to open OW only when i need it.
