@lata That is just the nasty part, you may think you are OK, my settings were all "warn" as well, but you have to go one level deeper into the "exploit protection settings" (bottom of "warn" stuff).Thanks for the Defender info, I did view my Defenders settings with all showing as “Warn”
There make sure Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR) is "off by default" or you cannot install newblue stuff.
Looking at the Microsofts explanation below the setting: "Force relocation of images not compiled with /DYNAMICBASE" seems to me that the newblue installers/uninstallers .exe's may have been compiled without /DYNAMICBASE while other programs or applications who do not suffer install refusal due to this setting being "on" are compiled differently...
