New purchase not showing in account.

I fired up VSX10 yesterday and got an upgrade offer for VS2018.
I paid via PAYPAL and got an email with a serial number.
Downloaded VS and the bonuses and installed. I input the serial.

VS2018 shows a serial ending in xxxxxxx. Does this mean it didn't register ??
Also, the purchase is not showing in my Corel account, but all my prior purchases show up.

Any suggestions on what's wrong ?

We all get the XXXXXX on our splash screen. This has been the case now for at least four or five versions. Prior to that the full SN was shown. It's probably a security concern on Corel's part, though I personally have never really understood it since the only person ever likely to see the splash screen is me!

As for registration, after installing VS you normally get a dialogue box asking you to add your name and email address. When you OK that, the program is normally registered with Corel and you get an email from them telling you so. Do you recall if any of this happened?

I got asked for the serial, but not name, etc.

You enter the serial number at the beginning of the installation. Once installed, when you first open VS you should get the dialogue box I mentioned.

You can in any case register manually. Go to Corel.com and open your account. You should then see this screen:
