How do I make the floating toolbar float? on Windows 10
The PDF suggests it can be F2, but that isn't it.

Re: Floating Toolbar float?
F2 is set to "Hide Palettes" If a palette is floating and you hit F2 it'll hide the palette, hit it again and the floating palettes will come back. F2 will also hide toolbars, but won't bring them back. So, either the PDF needs to be fixed or the Hide Paleettes command needs to be fixed.
Now, F2 doesn't make them float it just hides or shows them. To float a toolbar you need to "undock" it. And there are several options. First make sure the toolbar is active View -> Toolbars -> Toolbar to show. Then if the toolbar is not already floating, you can make it float by either, double click on the toolbar to undock the palette, or dragging the toolbar off of the toolbar areas.
