I don't even get the option of selecting transparency in versions of PSP 2018. 20.0.0.132 nor 20.2.0.1
Systems available Win7, Win 8.1,Win 10 Version 1607 Build 14393.2007 & version 20H2 Build 19042.867

For some reason they have moved that option into the File/Preferences/Files Format Preferences dialog box. Under the Postscript tab.
