Transfer settings to new computer
I just loaded PSP on a new computer. Is there a way to copy and save my settings to transfer to the new computer? I have a lot of presets for the "Black and White Points" I use to colorize images.

Presets (and anything else you create yourself that is saved automatically by PSP) are stored in your Documents folder. C:\Users\User(your name probably)\Documents\Corel Paintshop Pro\ then expand the version number of your PSP and look for Presets. Copy the contents of that folder into the same folder on your new computer.
That said, could you please update your profile to include more information about your computer configuration and the version of PSP that you are using. We use that information when reading a post to help determine the answers we provide, which are always based on your PSP version and often also have to take into consideration your computer configuration. Otherwise we have to make unnecessary replies requesting that info before we can be of help.

Re: Transfer settings to new computer
Thank you. Saved me hours of work.
And now I see that if I put the cursor over the setting, the path will pop up showing were the preset is. I am sure I have seen this thousands of times and it never thought about it. Updated my profile.
