Particle Shop Brush

I read that Particle Shop Brushes are powered by Painter.
Does that mean they can only be used in Painter or can i use them in Paintshop Pro ?
I have:
PSPX9 ultimate
PSPX5 ultimate
PSP 2018

So particle shop is a plugin for, amongst other things, paint shop Pro.

You can run the plugin from psp. You then use the brushes in particle shop.

Particle Shop needs a 64-bit software program to run and X5 is only 32-bit.
