The installation freeze when the progress bar reaches 74%, and there is another "command line" window called "C:\Windows\system32\schtasks.exe" opens.
Then I click "cancel" button, it shows "Aborting operation" for ever

Sorry you are having problems installing the program
We do not work for Corel and for this problem you should contact Corel Support
You can try downloading the Main program file again, save to a new folder, then try installing only the Main program only. Deselect all the other options.
I assume you are able to run the installer again?

I'm curious - why click "Cancel"? What other options does that pop up window have?

When you click a Cancel, the install will abort for sure.
Can you take a screen shot of the install ? Does the munu look correct or are colors all wrong.
I had a win7 computer that would not install.. the install menu was white and messed up.

The problem was solved by closing that "command line" window.
The installation complete although it shows "aborting".
I can use 2018 now.

This sounds a lot like the problem that appeared some years ago with older VS versions, running a self-extracting install file, it would attempt to install quicktime. But if your installation already had quicktime, esp if installed version was newer than the one in the VS install package, a windows message box appeared with options. What you had to do was just click thru that box and the VS install continued. But the box caused a lot of confusion for a while until we figured out what was happening - not many users knew or cared whether they had QT installed or not.
