Implement the audio editing capability that PS21 has OR support plugins such as Audacity.

Rotation to correct the horizon for 360 editor.
There is no way to level the horizon. It tilts forward and backwards. It pans left and right. It zooms in and out but, does not provide a rotation function to level horizons. It should have been added.

Re: Wishlist for VS 2019
H265 support/encoding was added at least one version ago. But unless you have the necessary computer architecture to support it, it is not available.

Re: Wishlist for VS 2019
I'm on VS 2018 Ultimate now.
Under Tab "Share"->Custom->Options, I can find H264 for MP4 and VP8 for Webm. But I can't find H265.
I think my CPU and GPU support H265.

You don't look under Custom but under MPEG-4. At the bottom of the list are the HEVC (i.e. h.265) options.

Re: Wishlist for VS 2019
* Please, allow users to select and move everything, horizontally--(forwards/backwards) in ALL overlay tracks, at once. That includes video clips, text objects, voice clips, and music clips, etc. Currently, even one overlay track, such as overlay track #1, cannot be selected in its entirety and re-positioned if it has a Fade Transition, or gaps of space in it, etc. Sometimes it works; most of the time it doesn't work at all.
* Also, it would be wonderful and logical if users could use their keyboard left arrow Ctrl"<" and right arrow Ctrl">" keys to move any item (or items) in an overlay track to position items, with precise control. And, add an editing option to allow the program to remove all gaps between video clips in an overlay track, automatically. The program does that now, but only with videos in the top track, but not in the overlay tracks. Example: Sometimes, after I've spent hours adding a hundred various types of clips into all of the overlay tracks, I then decide that I need to add another item at the very beginning of the project. Currently, that takes an enormous number of hours, and an agonizing amount of frustration to accomplish.
* When importing clips into the library, offer a new option to remove redundant (duplicate), identical entries, leaving only 1 of them in the library.

The ability to import an equirectangular 360 video into the time line with user interaction available.
When I play them on "Pot Player," you can interact with the video using the mouse. This can become
a part of a project.

Re: Wishlist for VS 2019
I'd like to see the 'Effects' tab returned, along with support for previously purchased items, such as the effects.
Also I would love to have the number of folders increased in the media library. I currently try to have a library which includes royalty free music, artwork for use in multiple projects, media for long-term projects which will also be used in relatable short-term projects, as well as items for different types of projects. I know that it is possible to save the library and load a previous one but if I develop an idea I may use that idea in either personal videos or videos intended for a club I'm a member of. Reloading a previous library would wipe out the folder relating to those ideas and could lose me work.
I would also like the ability to search the music I have in the library more easily. Much of it is MP3 and has various tags. Being able to search these tags could be helpful to find something different and relevant.

Hi ScubbieScubbie wrote:Reloading a previous library would wipe out the folder relating to those ideas and could lose me work.
When we Import a previous saved library we do not replace the existing libraries, the folders are added to the existing library, what we see is a composite library.

Re: Wishlist for VS 2019
Thank you Trevor. It isn't something I do very often and normally I remove all the old folders first. Ultimately that means that there is even more of a good reason to increase the number of libraries we can have.

Re: Wishlist for VS 2019
Hi
It has been raised in the past that the libraries be project specific, so when we open a project the appropriate library opens, although I also see a need for a generic library.
