a loud click at the beginning of all Voiceover clips

I had reported this a good while ago but never did resolve the issue. I have recently finished editing a new project and successfully created a DVD.
When playing it an a Blu Ray disc player through an amplifier there is a click at the beginning of every voiceover clip. I re-edited the project, trimming off the click at the beginning of each clip, which is what I did last time I had this problem. However, this time when I tried to share the project by creating a DVD the system just keeps freezing on me. I have reported this as a separate issue from the clicks
