Adding Video clip in front of others with out mis

Hey Guys,

So this is probably and easy fix or something I am overlooking. I need to add video clip now to beginning of my 20 minute video. My issues is when I add that clip, it now shifts the video clips forward misaligning all their music and text files that were matched up to certain video files in the project.

How do I add another video clip to the front of my project file without misaligning my already added music & text files that are matched up to certain already added video files in the project?
