Hello all,
Can anyone send me a screen clip of the 30% discount for BenVista PhotoZoom Pro 7 that popped up on Friday 2/2 when I opened my PaintShop Pro. I checked the box to NOT see it again. Then, I realized having purchased it less than 2 weeks earlier at $66.99 I should call Corel to request $20.10 back to my CC. I am working this with them now. One supervisor asked me to send a copy of the pop-up. Can't do. While it might not be a "Show Stopper," perhaps someone is still seeing it pop-up. If so, PLEASE send it to me ... while I await Corel cordial/understanding/reasonable/logical action to give me the discount as I believe they can easily confirm the pop-up was sent out. I of course have provided a copy of my receipt.
So, anyone coming to rescue me?

'Fraid I can't. I remember seeing it when we had our previous exchanges about the brush offer, but it has never reappeared.
But what I am writing here about is to wish you luck in your quest to get some money out of Corel for differing prices. Unfortunately, over a year between versions, we see enormous price differentials at various times for the same product. I sometimes feel enormously ripped off after paying the full price for something I see a few months later offered for a quarter or third of that price. But as a lawyer, I realize I don't have much of a case for getting any money back.

Ken,
I think I will win. I will tell you either way. Thinking I will get their position on it in less than 24 hrs. Admittedly, while I often present fairness and logic, sometime it doesn't "fly." We shall see. BTW: I am pleased with the product.
Also, I love TopazLabs Remask. I found it easy to use. BEFORE buying Remask, I cordially requested a good [aka large] discount coupon code mentioning that I've been purchasing s/w recently. They returned with a 30% discount almost immediately. Anyway, I did not have difficulties using Remask [that other new users reported] perhaps, because I played various tutorial videos and read the user guide all BEFORE purchasing it. That said, there is still a place for PSP embedded masking features.
Always nice hearing from you,

Perhaps I spend too much time thinking like a lawyer instead of a haggler!!
(Or are lawyers ipso facto hagglers??)
