How do I take the finished MP4 and simply flip the entire finished video horizontally 180 degrees...

It was a really late night, I was ping ponging illustrating & editing between every art program I own until my brain was fried last night and after I rendered the first one, my brain was way overtaxed and I couldn't remember how for the life of me... That happens when it's 3-4AM I suppose ... LOL
