Trying to load VS 10 on my computer. I am not new here and have
been a customer with Corel since before they purchased from
Ulead. I owned my own copy of VS Studio 10 Pro for a while
and doing a fresh reload on my computer this morning I now find
myself locked out of my own program! Trying to reload I receive
a message now telling me my key code in not valid; I can assure you
it is; as I have had it for some time. I have reloaded my machine three times this morning and still
can not get it to load the program up. As I mentioned, this is a first for me and I am perplexed with the with the problem because I have work for the program and cannot continue on without it.
As always any help or thoughts would be welcomed

Once you confirm your serial number is indeed correct
First try running the cleanup tool from this post

Try installing again, if you still have the same issue......
Try downloading the trial version.
This will first provide you with the latest Web Installer a file vspx10crl.exe 10,824Mb
Run this file, are you able to add your serial number to this Web Installer enter your serial number, do not download the trial.
any changes to the installation files will be downloaded to update your files
Another Web Installer file called VideoStudio_Install.exe will also be provided.
Just to confuse us it has a different name but is the same file.

Trevor -- I think Bill has version 10 without the X... So his key, which is 10 years old, will not activate the current X10 version.
