I've recently downloaded Video Studio X10.
When I try to use BCC Title Studio in the FX section it allows me to go to the customize filter pop up screen. However, all the titles are previewed as grey blocks. When I apply them to my video, they stay as grey blocks.
Very frustrating. I've contacted tech support, but they haven't really done anything except give me a referral ticket number.
Anyone else have this problem, or know how to fix it?

No. Everything is populated for me on my computer.
Looks like an installation issue. Not sure which files to run to re-install, or what to delete, but Trevor (moderator) would know.

I have just completed a new install of X10.5.
My version of BCC shows all templates correctly, same as TonyP
Can you confirm you have installed the latest service packs, from Video Studio - Help - About -- X10.5 version is X10.5.0.60
The installation file for BCC are part of the Bonus Features
If you access that folder and run the “setup_Bonus.exe” file it will install the package again.
Your profile shows your system drive as B, is that correct and have you installed Video Studio to its default location, or did you choose a different installation location?
It may be that the BCC pre-sets are missing / or not found?
