Suddenly I cannot resize an image manually on PSP X9.
It was always set at "By Pixels" and all I did was enter "1200" for the longest side of the image and it automatically reset the shortest side of the image.
But the automatic resetting of the shortest side no longer happens.
How can I fix that please?

If you're using the By Pixels tab then make sure that you have the Lock Aspect Ratio option checked. You have to have Advanced Options also checked in the dialogue to see the Lock Aspect Ratio option.
