Add resize to right click menu

I'm new to 2018 ... in the past I've been able to add options to the right click menu. The method I used no longer works with PSP 2018 ... when I click on Customize, there is only one tab "options." I would like to add resize and canvas size to the right click options.

PSP2018 introduced what is known as "Essentials" and "Complete" workspaces. The Essentials aims to decrease the number of options so that you can simply get in, do what you need to, and get out. The complete workspace is what you'd normally be used to with previous versions of PSP

You need to make sure you're in the Complete workspace.

File -> Workspaces->Complete
